The Project

A 2,407 sq. ft. convenience store addition consisting of 894 sq. ft. laundromat, 487 sq. ft. storage, 267 sq. ft. walk-in freezer, and 692 sq. ft. car wash. This project also included new cooler doors, new acoustical ceiling tile throughout entire existing convenience store, new sales counter. The existing restrooms were remodeled with new wall coverings and all new fixtures. The shell of the building is wood framed with LP Smart Siding and stone finish on the exterior. Pre-engineered wood trusses were provided.
