The Project

A 17,900 sq. ft. recreation center consisting of a 6,900 sq. ft. swimming pool area, 1,800 sq. ft. visitor center/chamber office area, 4,780 s. ft. fitness center, 3,540 sq. ft. locker rooms, restrooms and office area and 880 sq. ft. arcade room. The building is of steel frame construction with masonry and steel exterior walls and wood and masonry interior walls.
