The Project

A 16,800 sq. ft. steel frame building with the hangar space totaling 14,400 sq. ft. The remaining 2,400 sq. ft. consists of offices, restrooms, mechanic, parts and tool storage rooms. This is a steel framed building with 28' clear height in the hangar area. There is masonry wainscot and a mansard on the exterior of the lower portion of the building.
