The Project

 A 38,760 sq. ft. office, parts and truck repair building complex.  The office and parts area are a total of 18,360 sq. ft. and the truck repair area, which includes a wash bay, totals 20,400 sq. ft.  In addition, there is a mezzanine area provided above the office and parts area.  The building is of steel frame construction with some interior masonry walls.
