Dear Bauman Construction, Inc.
This
letter is to compliment, commend, and thank your crew who
just finished putting 18 windows and
a sidelight in our
three-season porch. The job was started when promised, completed
it in the estimated three days with the site consistently
cleaned up after each day's work. Years ago the porch originally
started out as a deck, resulting in beams that were twisted
a good inch or more. Our view of the outside went from looking
through filmy dingy plastic to crystal clear glass! The
pictures included of before, during and after say it all;
their construction skills made a beautiful difference. We
are extremely pleased with the finished job and would readily
recommend Bauman Construction, Inc to anyone doing a similar
project.

Can't tell you enough how much we are enjoying
our new barn. I thank you every day I do chores in it. The
real "luxury" is the stairway to the hay mound. We are anxious
to see how the pictures turned out. Hope Patty got some
good ones for you. Stop in sometime when you are in our area.

Construction built our new facility in Ladysmith in 2001.
They took the project through the planning phase all the
way to completion in a little over 8 months. We feel that
we got a first class building at a great price. In addition,
at our request, they used local contractors whenever possible
in order to support our local contractors. The project
was completed in a timely fashion with little oversight
on our part. Bauman's made what could have been a difficult
process very painless.
Bauman Construction also completed the project with no
cost overruns. Several changes were made during the project
that resulted in us getting money back when the whole process
was completed. Gary Meinen, the project coordinator, did
his best to see that we were satisfied with the building
when it was completed. Several minor issues were taken
care of quickly and easily to ensure our satisfaction.
This was the third major project that we had done by Bauman
Construction. Because of our continued satisfaction with
their work, we really didn't even consider someone else.
I would highly recommend their firm for any construction
project.

is the opinion of Ace Ethanol LLC that Bauman Construction
has in the past done an outstanding job for this company.
Finishing all projects on time and on budget, even when plans
changed and time was of the essence to our project. Due to
the experience, knowledge, professionalism, attention to
detail, and ability on our original project, we will be using
Bauman Construction on our expansion project in the future.

Bauman Construction has built six (6) buildings for J &
D Manufacturing beginning in 1988. We have 143,000 sq. ft.
of manufacturing and office space, all of which has been
constructed by Bauman Construction. They also have done several
remodeling projects to the interior of our facilities. They
have provided design, engineering and construction of our
facilities. Each project they have done has been handled
by them in a very professional manner and completed on time
and within budget. I highly recommend Bauman Construction
for any building project.

Kell Container is a manufacturer of corrugated shipping
containers and related inner packaging. Our plant is in Chippewa
Falls, WI and we have used Bauman for 4 major building jobs
since 1986 and every one has been done as per our specifications,

office/manufacturing facility for our company. This project
