The Project

This new Interstate Batteries building is a 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a 4,000 sq. ft. office. The warehouse includes one loading dock, 3-bays for loading and unloading trucks with a trench drain down the middle of each bay. Also included in the warehouse is pallet racking for product storage and a full metal staircase to gain access to the mezzanine above the office. In the office includes a 600 sq. ft. showroom, 4 offices, a conference room, a fire resistant storage room, two ADA compliant restrooms, a locker room with an ADA compliant shower, and a large break room to accommodate the employees. Other features of this building include; a storage mezzanine above the office, drinking fountain, and eyewash station on main level.
